I love being a Health Coach as I find it personally rewarding being able to support people on their journeys of achieving better health and feeling of well-being. 

I have an educational background in Human Nutrition and the subject has been my passion for over 20 years. I appreciate that decision to discuss, and share, your weight loss goals & journey is a very personal matter, and I always guarantee clients a safe, trusting environment with zero judgement, ample compassion and professional guidance and support whenever needed.

I have a background in Sport Science, and more recently Yoga (both the physical practice and philosophy). My passions and self-directed learnings are in the areas of nutrition, mind, and movement. 

As a coach I’m here to support you in finding what really works for you long term, because we are all so different. I understand the importance of consistency, planning, and balance when it comes to achieving health and weight loss goals. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to greater health, wellbeing and weight loss!

Harleen is a certified Dietflex consultant as well as a qualified personal trainer at First Place Fitness. She will support you in creating wellness habits for a life time, with an emphasis on wholesome foods and fitness routines that work for you! “No shortcuts, only lifelong habits!”.

She offers a holistic approach to health and wellness and loves her role in supporting clients to achieve their goals!

I have a Diploma in Nutrition and I want to broaden my career by undertaking studies to become a qualified Personal Trainer. ‘The new tradition is good nutrition’ and I will support you through your health and wellness journey.

I am honoured to be working as a Health Coach as I love helping others achieve their goals and seeing their confidence shine through. I believe if you take care of your body, your body will take care of you.

Get started on your weightloss journey.

It’s likely that in your previous attempts at losing weight you encountered one or more roadblocks:

  • The weight loss plan you were following wasn’t sustainable.
  • Recommended meals didn’t suit the family.
  • Only one aspect of the weight loss puzzle was tackled at a time.

Your weekly Dietflex support sessions will be great opportunity to identify any roadblocks you may be experiencing and develop strategies to overcome them!

You can be rest assured that with Dietflex you will learn how to adapt basic guidelines to suit all the different family members and your coach will work with you to adjust your family favourites to suit your needs.

Motivation is great for getting started, but it can be hard going all the way on your own! With the weekly support of the coach you will transform your motivation into lasting habits, having security in knowing that if you trip, you the coach will be there to help you back on track.

We do experience multiple demands and commitments that require time and attention. What most of our busy members have found is that when they invest in time for themselves, they cope better with whatever life throws at them and have a lot more energy to get through their busy days.
