Please note our temporary Covid Level 2 timetable is in effect. Sessions are strictly 50 minutes to allow for cleaning between sessions and to prevent overlap between sessions.
Morning Sessions:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 9:15am-10:15am • 10:15am-11:15am • 11:15am-12:15pm
Friday | 9:15am-10:15am • 10:15am-11:15am
Evening Sessions:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 4:30pm-5:30pm • 5:30pm-6:30pm • 6:30pm-7:30pm
We take 0-6yrs in the morning sessions and 0-12yrs in the evening sessions so whether you are working or not, we’ve got you covered.
Our friendly staff will look after your children while you take some much needed timeout for yourself.
With the complimentary and individualised program you get when joining, work on your program downstairs or join a class upstairs.
Catered Kids Bootcamp 5-13yrs. A fun and effective way for kids to build co-ordination, improve motor skills and promote an active lifestyle.
Our Kids Bootcamp classes promote self-confidence, motivation, motor skill, boost concentration, increase fitness and offer the opportunity to make new friends.
Parents must remain onsite during these classes so don’t forget to bring your workout gear and train downstairs or just watch while your kids are being entertained.
